MRS. LAMBERT FATALLY INJURED
Mrs. Teresa Lambert was killed in an automobile accident Wednesday afternoon near Pleasanton. A party consisting of Mrs. Lambert, her son John, and Misses A.N. AND J.J. Nelson had been to the Sacramento state fair and were on their way to Oakland to visit relatives, when the tragedy took place. The machine which was driven by John Lambert struck a pile of sand, throwing Mrs. Lambert from the car. It then made a swerve and overturned. The other three occupants of the car miraculously escaped serious injury. Mrs. Lambert met instant death, sustaining a fractured skull and broken neck.
