Reno Andrew Eickenroht was born January 10, 1891, in Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas, to Alfred Eickenroht and Elizabeth or Elise Breustedt. Reno stood 5ft. 10 1/2in. tall, had brown eyes, dark hair and a fair complexion. He married Edith Noel Dromgoole "Netta Giffin on June 23, 1923. They were divorced in 1938. they had no children. Reno was a newspaper man. He enlisted in the Texas Rangers as a REGULAR RANGER on January 30, 1918 thru July 29, 1918, in Co. L. He was then discharged. In 1930 he was the editor of a newspaper in Seguin. Reno Andrew Eickenroht died on August 28, 1949, in Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas. He was buried in San Geronimo Cemetery in Seguin.
