Moody. D.F. (Mont) Jones 83, of Moody died at 4:45 p.m. Thursday in a McGregor nursing home.
Funeral will be at 2:30 pm Saturday in the First Baptist Church of Moody, the Rev. George Brittain officiating. Burial will be in Moody Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Maurine Ernest of Temple; a brother, John Calvin Jones of Houston; and a sister, Mrs. E.M. Matthews of Houston.
The body will be at the church an hour before time of service. Denny and Witt Funeral Home of Moody in charge.

D.F. "Mont" was son of Dan Jones and Melisa E. Burger Jones. Grandson of Dan and Mary Grimes Jones
