FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. HOCHNADEL WILL BE ON MONDAY
Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Marie Hochnadel, 62 years old will be held at 9 o'clock Monday morning at St. Anthony's Church and will be conducted by Rev. E.J. Verschraeghen, the pastor. The burial will be at Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Hochnadel, who was the wife of John Hochnadel died at her home one mile north of Sterling at 12:15 o'clock this afternoon (Aug. 5, 1939) following an illness of three weeks. She was born in Russia on February 19, 1877, and was married there to Mr. Hochnadel on November 6, 1895. They came to the United States in 1913 living at Topeka, Kansas for one month, then moving to Iliff, Colo. Since that time they have been residents of Logan County.
Surviving Mrs. Hochnadel are her husband, and the following children: Mrs. Thecla Dukart of Sterling, Mrs. Magdalena Lambrecht of Padroni, Mrs. Elizabeth Schell of Sterling, Mrs. Katherina Mary Mari of Sterling, Mrs. Barbara Berger of Brighton, Colo., Mrs. Anna Maria Maier of Padroni, Andrew Hochnadel of Padroni, Mrs Rose Kaiser of Sterling, John Hochnadel Jr. of Sterling and Anna and Joe Hochnadel at home. There are forty-four grandchildren.
The rosary will be said for Mrs. Hochnadel at the family home at 8 o'clock Sunday evening.
Arrangements for the funeral are in charge of the Whyman Funeral Home.
