Aubrey B. "Bud" Lank Age 74, of Wilmington, DE, died Sunday, August 8, 1999 in the Christiana Hospital.

Mr. Lank was a Lawyer and founding partner of Theisen, Lank, Mulford & Goldberg Law Firm. He was a graduate of Henry C. Conrad High School, he graduated from the University of Delaware and Georgetown University Law School. He was past President of the Delaware State Bar Association, former Director of the Bank of Delaware, a member of Wilmington Country Club, and a member of Richardson Park United Methodist Church. His 1st wife, Catherine G. Lank, died in 1992.

He is survived by his 2nd wife, Joan Brenan Lank; his son, David S. Lank of Wilmington; his daughters, Laura A. Knotts & Mary S. Mulch, both of Wilmington, & Judith C. Lank of Brooklyn, NY; & 5 grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Richardson Park United Methodist Church, N. Maryland Ave. & Matthes Ave., Richardson Park on Thursday morning, August 12 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call at the DOHERTY FUNERAL HOME, 1900 Delaware Ave., Wilmington on Wednesday evening after 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, New Castle, DE 19720 or to your favorite charity.
