Richard Joseph Keilty was born 30 Mar 1924 in Watertown, CT. He was the son of Frederick Andrew Keilty and Sarah Bryan Keilty. Richard was the 14th of 17 children. His brothers and sisters were Sarah Alice, William Bryan, James Richard, Verna Ruth, Mortimer Michael, Bryan Thomas, Frederick Michael, Mary Jane, Vincent Joseph, Eugene William, Rose Joan, John Richard, Virginia Ann, Thomas Robert, Ruth Ann and Michael Joseph Keilty. During World War II, Richard served in the United States Army. He married Kathleen Theresa Patterson and they had two children, Kathleen and Richard Keilty. Richard married a 2nd time to Evelyn Murphy. He died 11 Feb 2000 at the age of 75 in New Port Richey, Florida and is buried at Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens located at 4244 Madison Street in New Port Richey.
