A longtime member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, he retired from Tinker AFB in 1981 after 35 years of civil service. He was a veteran of the US Navy during WWII, serving in the Pacific Theater. He was survived by his wife of 48 years, Martha, of the home; son, Glenn Casey of Moore, Oklahoma; 2 daughters, Jackie Dusavitch of Vermont and Connie Grant of Choctaw; a brother, James Casey, of Knoxville, Arkansas; a sister, Evelyn Lessley of Norman; 7 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 9 great grandchildren and 24 nieces and nephews. Services were held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, followed by interment at Arlington Memory Gardens.
