Dallas hospital. He was born July 31, 1912 in Arkansas, the
son of the late Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Carter. He was a welder for Fridgeking, a Mason, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Frisco. He was married Nov. 21, 1931 In Durant, Oklahoma to the former
Elizabeth Rainwater.
