Brother of Theresa Doweny, of New Castle, Lillian Miller, Barbara Smiley and Lana Johnson, all of Wilmington, DE. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age 41 years.
