William B. Allison of Saxton died at his home on October 19, 1969. Born at South Fork on April 26, 1889, he was a son of William C. and Clara (Aker) Allison He was united in marriage to Margaret A. Carbaugh on June 26, 1912 at Huntingdon. His wife preceded him in death April 13, 1968, Surviving are the followmg children: John E. Allison, Miss Zana P. Allison, Mrs, Thomas (Olive) Benner and Roy G. Allison all of Saxton; Mrs. William (Verna) Burkett, Keyser, W. V.; Donald F. Allison, Saxton and Miss Mary A. Allison, Arlington, Va. One son preceded him In death. Also surviving are a brother, Harry Allison and a sister, Mrs. Annabelle Taylor, both of Saxton R. D. A brother and a sister preceded him In death. He was a retired engineer for the H. and B. T. Railroad.
