Nora Lee (Keller) Eoff was the daughter of Anthony and Fanny Keller, natives of Missouri. She was raised in Franklin County, Missouri with two older brothers, Emmett and John Marvin Keller. Her father was a day laborer.

Nora married Edward Allen Eoff, the son of William Chesley and Millie May Knapp, natives respectively of Missouri and Illinois. Nora and Edward were married May 23, 1908 in St Louis, Missouri. They were the parents of Edna (Eoff) (Howard) Roark, Clarence Eoff, Charles E Eoff, William Oscar Eoff and Elmer Eugene Eoff (d. 1943 in Italy W W II).
Edward was employed by Scullin Steel Company in St Louis.
