Leo W. Truscott, 73, died on January 10, 1990 in a Salt Lake Hospital.


Born August 18, 1916 in Mount Pleasant, Utah, son of Alonzo and Pearl Hansen Truscott. Married Lenora Gigliotti on November 19. 1941 in Price, Utah. Member LDS Church. Served U.S. Army, WW II in Europe. Resident of Helper since 1945. Retired coal miner, life member DAV, Price Chapter #16.


Survived by wife, Helper; two sons and two daughters, Leo Paul Truscott, Price; Aaron Sidney Truscott, Helper; Sheila Ann Colbensen, San Antonio, Tx.; Marie Camille Truscott, Kirkland, Wash.; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two half brothers and four half sisters, John Truscott; Lloyd Jensen; Beth Gusta; Dion Anderson; Bonne Mitchell; and Mary Calvert, all Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by infant daughter, Leona; sister, Virginia T. Riche; and brother, Leonard Alonzo Truscott.


Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m at Mitchell Chapel, where friends may call on Friday and on Saturday prior to services. The family will be at Mitchells one hour pior to services.
Interment: Mountain View Cemetery, Helper.
