William H. Rabuck, 79, of 60 Mabel Road, Ashland died Tuesday at the Geisinger Medical Center.
Born in Tower City, November 9, 1928 a son of the late Gurney and Beatrice Fetterhoff Rabuck.
He was United States Navy Veteran serving in World War II and Korea.
Bill retired as a supervisor from the City of Harrisburg Water Department.
Bill was a member of the Assembly of God Church, Fearnot. He was a former member of the Muir Foursquare Gospel Church, where he served as an Elder, Sunday School Teacher and was on the council.
Bill was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his Harley motorcycle.
In addition to his parents, he was pre-deceased by two brothers, Lloyd and Jackie Rabuck.
He is survived by his wife, Mae Ossman Rabuck to whom he was married 47 years. A devoted father to his son, Jason T. Rabuck, at home. 3 Brothers, James and Donald Rabuck, both of Tower City, Gurney, Williamstown. 4 Sisters, Bertha Weaver, Muir, Edith Rabuck, Tower City, Doris Wetzel, Ashland and Joyce Schaeffer, Nottingham. Nieces and Nephews.
A Celebration of his life will be held on his birthday, Sunday November 9th at 3:00 pm from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes, Inc. Tower City with Rev. Robert Straub. Memorial donations in his memory should be made to: Autism Society of America, Greater Harrisburg Chapter, P.O. Box 101 Enola PA 17025.
