64, of Goodyear, born March 17, 1944. Passed away October 25, 2008 at St. Joe's Hospital in Phx from a stroke. Joe served in the US Army and was a Vietnam Veteran, and a recipient of the Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service. He was an engineer for Corrosion Engineering in Mesa. He is survived by his wife Tammy, 3 sons Tommy J., Cipriano J. (Stephanie) & Nathan J. (Lindsey) Also Rick J. who preceded him in death. 8 grandchildren Adrian, Alize, Isaiah, Alyssa, Desirae, Joseph, Nathaniel & Ryan. Sisters Ramona & Elvia. Brothers Amancio, Silvano, Paul, Javier & Victor. Funeral services Thursday Oct. 30 at 6pm., West Minster Presbyterian Church, 4735 N. 19 Ave, Phx. Bishop Jerry Murphy, Church of God of Prophecy officiating. Burial services Fri. Oct. 31 at 11am, Hansen Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Rd, Scottsdale. He will be layed to rest at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd, Phx. The Barba family thanks everyone for the prayers, support, flowers & gifts.
