Eric E. Jenkins "Little Eric," 28, died Saturday, March 6, 2004. He was born in Chatham County, and lived in Glennville, Georgia, all his life. He was a 1994 graduate of Tattnall County High School. He loved the outdoors, and worked with his family in the timber industry most of his life, currently employed by M. J. Logging. He was a member of Glennville United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his mother and father, Sherri and Eric Jenkins of Glennville; one brother, Ander Jenkins of Glennville; one sister, Elizabeth Jenkins of Glennville; two nephews, Ander Jenkins and Tyler Jenkins; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, at Carter Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Steve Posey officiating. Burial was in Glennville City Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Allen Jenkins, Jason Jenkins, Kenton Jenkins, Heath Dasher, Taylor Jenkins, and Don Durrence.
Carter Funeral Chapel of Glennville, Georgia, was in charge of the arrangements.
