Mrs. Alice D. Phillips, 91, of Athens Convalescent Center, Athens, died Friday at her residence.

The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home chapel with Bryan Davis and Charles Marshall officiating. Burial will be in the Athens City Cemetery.

Survivors include three daughters, Marjorie Brown, Roe Smith and Mary Bailey, all of Athens; a brother, Homer Dunnavant of Athens; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
