Margaret Barnes, widow of George E. Barnes, Sarasota, Fla., died Monday in the Maatle Memorial Hospital, Bradenton, Fla. She was 80. She was the daughter of the late George and Mary Reese Holtzer. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Becky Landis, Sarasota; Mrs. Mary Raggiunto, Annville, and Mrs. Catherine Didra, Allentown; three sons, Raymond, Bradenton; Robert, Myerstown, and John, Lebanon; 23 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held this afternoon in the Rohland Funeral Home for Mrs. Barnes. The Rev. George Atkins, pastor of Jonestown Bible Church, officiated. Interment was in Bunker Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Robert Barnes, Albert and Louis Holtzer, Harold Darcas, Gabriel Raggiunto and Harry Umbenhauer. [Lebanon Daily News, December 6, 1973, Page 2]
