Mrs. Tom (Ellen) Liles Sr., 100, of 4918 Sardis Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, and formerly of 127 North Prentiss Street, Jackson, died January 2, 1988 at the Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte.
Graveside services were held Wednesday from Cedarlawn Cemetery with Baldwin-Lee Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
A native of Rankin County, Mrs. Liles had lived in Charlotte, NC since 1968. Mrs. Liles was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Liles is survived by one son, T.A. Liles Jr. of Charlotte, NC; one granddaughter, Mrs. Evelyn Waldon of New Hartford, CT; four great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
