Funeral services for Helen Lansdell Hatton were Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006, at Elliott Funeral Home with Bro. Willard Saint, Bro. Curtis Scofield and Bro. Kenneth Bonds officiating.

Burial was in Masterson Cemetery.

Mrs. Hatton died Sunday, Sept. 3. She was born Nov. 7, 1924, in Lawrence County to Floyd and Ida Lansdell. Se was a member of Mount Zion #1 Missionary Baptist Church in Wolf Springs.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W.G. Hatton.

Survivors include five daughters, Wanda Vandiver, Judy Martin, Paulette Murphy, Sherri Hubard and Lasherri Hatton; one son, Tommy Hatton; two sisters, Pauline Lansdell and Betty Johnson; four brothers, Willis, S.M. Joe and Pelmer Lansdell; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Cary Vandiver, Vandy Vandiver, Brian Martin, Lance Hatton, T.J. Hatton, Zachary Hubbard, Richard Hatton, Hutson Hatton and Mike Hatton.

Honorary pallbearers were Joe Lansdell, Willis Lansdell, Bud Johnson,Jowheeler McDaniel,S.M. Lansdell, Pelmer Lansdell and Shane Vines.
