Mrs. Loper was born Oct. 24, 1954 in Casa Grande. She attended Casa Grande public schools. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. A member of the electrician's union in Tucson, she was employed as an electrician at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
She died Jan. 11, 1992 in Tucson.
She is survived by a son, Polo Hernandez, of Casa Grande; her father, Conrado Ochoa, of Casa Grande; two brothers: Richard Ochoa, of Casa Grande, and Jeraldo Ochoa, of Tucson; and three sisters: Debbie Walker, of Casa Grande, Charlita Hoffman, of Vancouver, WA, and Mary Ramirez, of Tucson.
