She was born September 6, 1932, in Lamar, Arkansas to the late Jesse and Mable Daniels. She was a long time member of Cairo Baptist Church in Cairo, IL. She was a graduate of Benton High School in 1951. Nadene loved to sing and play guitar, crocheting and an avid animal lover.
She was married to Russell Turner; he preceded her in death October 16, 2005.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Hartzel Daniels and Matthie Daniels; two sisters, Faye Duke and Romona Worley; and one granddaughter, Jessy Turner.
Nadene is survived by one son, Michael Turner of Sikeston; one daughter, carole Mackins of Kansas City, MO; and two grandchildren, Jeremy Turner and Tia Mackins of Kansas City.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Feb. 7, from 12:00 p.m. until time of funeral services at 2:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Essex Cemetery in Essex, MO.
