William Everett "W.E." Craig died at 2:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, 2004, at Summit Hospital. He was 58 and a resident and native of Walker. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Saturday from 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Bennie Jones, Rev. Nick Sullivan and rev. Phil Calvin. Burial will be in Vickers Cemetery, Walker. He is survived by three daughters and a son-in-law, Carla Craig, Cynthia Renee Craig and Nikki and Nick Sullivan; a son, Terry Lane Craig; a step-daughter, Melody; three sisters, Bertha Landry, Wanda Abbott and Earline Payne; four brothers, Barney, Robert, Elzia and Orville Craig; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Hickman and Clara Louise Peters Craig; and a brother, H.B. Craig. He was a member of Carpenters Local 1098.
