Thelma G. Tapp
79, of Springview Court, Sharpsburg, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at the St. Joseph-Mt. Sterling Hospital. She was born in Nicholas County, Kentucky on October 20, 1933 the daughter of the late Jesse and Serelda Florence Sosby. She was a homemaker, a member of the Reynoldsville Christian Church and the widow of Roger Tapp.

She is survived by one son, Robert Tapp of Sharpsburg, KY; three daughters, Patricia Dyer, Kathryn (Homer) White, and Lorene (Scott) White all of Sharpsburg; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren also survive.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six children, Linda Mitchell, Terry Tapp, Jerry Tapp, John Tapp, Ronnie Tapp and Donnie Tapp.

Funeral services will be 11 AM, Friday, August 3, 2012 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Routt officiating and burial following in the Crown Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday evening from 6-8 PM.
