Paulette Beverly Scott, 57, died April 7, 2001, of heart failure in Klamath Falls.
Mrs. Scott was born July 13, 1943, in Fargo, N.D., to Orville and Hilda Chapman.
She attended St. Gertrude's Academy in Cottonwood, Idaho.
She married Robert Scott on Sept. 19, 1959.
Mrs. Scott was the assistant manager at a Sambo's Restaurant and was also employed at King Wah Restaurant in Klamath Falls for more than 20 years.
In addition, she was an Avon representative for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Scott of Klamath Falls; mother, Hilda Chapman of Klamath Falls; mother-in-law, Evelyn Scott of Klamath Falls; brother-in-law, Pancho Gonzalez of Klamath Falls; sisters-in-law, Brenda Gonzalez of Newberg and Frances Thomas of Clarkston, Wash.; son-in-law, Jack Albers of Klamath Falls; grandchildren, Destiny, Jack Daniel, Hank, and Drake Albers; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her children, James Ray and Debra Lynn, and her father.
