Beulah Elizabeth was born August 28, 1909 in Philo, Illinois to Charles and Chloe (Freeland) Tarlton. She married Gaylord Wilkin in Paulding, Ohio on March 29, 1929. To this union six children were born, four sons: Richard Edwin, Charles Marshall, Gerry Rayle and David, two daughters: Norma Jeanne and Carol. Beulah and Gaylord were later divorced. She then married Darrel James Hunter on June 18, 1983.
Beulah died on Monday, November 2, 1987, at the age of 78 at Hospice of Cincinnati Inc. following an extended illness of cancer.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, November 5, 1987 at the Alspach Funeral Home in Van Wert, Ohio with Rev. Chuck McKeown officiating. Burial will be in Middle Creek Cemetery, Gover Hill, Ohio.
