Funeral services for B. R. (Rice) Swinea, 58, were held Thursday afternoon at the Ephesus Christian Church in Athens.
Mr. Swinea died at the Limestone County Hospital in Athens.
Interment was in the City Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home of Athens in charge of arrangements.
Surviving are the widow; one son, Nelson Swinea of Belle Mina; and one brother, J. B. Swinea of Athens.
