Fayetteville, N. C. - Mrs. Kimberly Dawn Hess Rodriguez, 39, of Fayetteville went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 25, 2008. Kim was born in Lebanon, Pa., on January 8,1969. She was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during Grenada, Operation Desert Storm and Just Cause. Kim was a teacher with Village Christian Academy in Fayetteville, N. C. She is survived by her loving husband, Samuel Rodriguez; a son, Alexander S. Rodriguez of the home; three stepsons, Ryan S. Rodriguez of Aurora, Colo., Brandon R. Rodriguez and Mathew R. Rodriguez, both of Rolla, Mo.; a stepdaughter, Tiffany L. Wolfarland of San Clemente, Calif.; her parents, John and Rebecca Hess of Jonestown, Pa.; a brother, Shawn S. Hess of Lebanon, Pa. Funeral services for Mrs. Rodriguez will be held on Friday, October 3, 2008, at Village Baptist Church with Dr. Bruce Martin officiating. She will be laid to rest in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery on Highway 301. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2008, at Rogers & Breece Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Services entrusted to Rogers & Breece of Fayetteville.
