Born in Albany, New York on July 27, 1924 to Emery and Della MacDonald. He was an Accountant and served in the U.S. Army during W.W. II. He was also a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Womack MacDonald of the home; one son, David MacDonald of Jonesboro; and three grandchildren; Meredith Edwards, Scot MacDonald and Brandon MacDonald.
Graveside funeral services and burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Oaklawn Cemetery with Mike Martin Officiating.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 25, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.
