She was a homemaker, attended the Church of Christ, was a graduate of Sherman High School and past president and member of Hurricane Women's Club. She was a sales representative for Tupperware and Mary Kay Cosmetics.
Surviving are husband, Frank T. Elkins. Daughters, Angela Elkins and Nicole Elkins both of Richmond VA. Son, James Elkins of Hurricane. Mother, Letha Martin of Hood River, OR. Sisters, Janet Light of George West, TX and Nancy Belcher of Peytona. Brothers, Orlan Martin Jr., Carl Martin, Dennie Martin and David Martin, all of Hood River. Two grandchildren.
Service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at Chapman Funeral Home, Hurricane with Minister David Hunter officiating. Burial will be in Hager-Elkins Cemetery, Pea Ridge, Lincoln County.
