Ross B. Coddington, former Franklin County resident, died at his home at Willamina, Oregon on June 20, 1960. He suffered a heart attack and passed away at the age of fifty-nine. Funeral services were held at Sheridan, Oregon and burial was made at Willamina, Oregon. Mr. Coddington was born in Bristow, Iowa. For many years he farmed in Butler and Franklin Counties before moving to Oregon in 1937. He is survived by his wife, the former Beatrice Allen, two sons, Allen K. Coddington of Chemult, Oregon and Donald Coddington of Gold Beach, Oregon, three grandchildren, one brother and two sisters. He was preceded in death by a son, Dean in 1941.
