Tornado Kills Convict

Angola, La., Feb. 20 – A tornado ripped through a part of the Louisiana State Penitentiary last night, killing one convict and injuring two others. Warden Maurice SIGLER identified the dead man as R. D. HEMPHILL, 46, a trusty from Monroe.
