Frank Ruel Hill, 66, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at The Life Care Center of Bountiful in Bountiful, Utah after a long illness.

He was born January 24, 1942 to Kenneth J. and Valarie Fullmer Hill. He married Norene Jonas on March 14, 1959. They had two sons Tommy and Troy. Frank worked for Ray Bethers Trucking Company for many years. He loved boating and waterskiing with his family.

He is survived by a daughter-in-law Eileen and two granddaughters Loni Hill and Lyndy Hill, one grandson, Eli (Jen) Bice, six great-grandchildren, two sisters, LuJean (Dean) Earnshaw and Beverly (Gary) Hansen, two sisters-in-law, Shanda Hill and Diane Cutler and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife Norene, two sons, Tommy and Troy, parents, two brothers Vernon and Jay.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, October 24, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the Layton Creekside Stake Center, 1480 Phillips (corner of Flint and Phillips).

Interment: Kaysville City Cemetery.
