On November 20, 1918 God saw fit to take from loving relatives and friends,
Sister Addie Barton. All that loving hands could do was done, but God was
calling and she laid down her life at His hands. Sister Barton was born
February 17, 1890. In early life she joined the Pine Level Missionary Baptist
Church. She lived as one of God's children, and was a faithful member until
death called her.
Sister Barton leaves a husband and three little children, besides a father and
several brothers to mourn her early departure of this life.
She was a faithful wife, a devoted mother, a dutiful daughter and a loving
sister.
