STEWART, CHARLES W. —Age 82 years, a well known resident of Pt. Marion, died Thursday, September 4, 1969 in St. Vincent Pallotti Hospital, Morgantown. He was a member of the Eden United Methodist Church and UMWA Local #6326. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ada Marshall Stewart on November 28, 1927; six brothers and three sisters. Surviving are his wife Marie Wood Stewart: a son Charles Ralph Stewart of Alexandria, VA, three daughters, Mrs. A. C. (Evelyn). Robinson, Mrs. Percy (Dorothy) Wood, Mrs. Alfred (Mary Lou) DuBois all of Pt. Marion; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Friends are being received in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Pt. Marion until 12:15 p.m. on Sunday and in the Eden United Methodist Church, Stewartstown, W. Va. from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., the hour of service with Rev. Robert O. Sypole officiating. Interment in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Pt. Marion.
