Dale, age 82, was the son of Roy Emerson and Flossie Mahila (Martin) Kemp. He served in the US Army during World War II and the Korean War. He owned Kemps K-T Service. He married Hazel Sterrett in Kansas City. Survivors include his wife, his sons, Richard Kemp and Randy Kemp, four grandchildren, and his sister, Elsie Taylor. Military graveside services were held in Eskridge Cemetery.
