Dwight Swink, 71, farmer and stockman in the Satanta community for the past 5 years, died at his farm home this morning south of Satanta. He was born Jan. 28, 1889, in Rush County. He was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors are the widow, Mary; one daughter, Esther Calvert, Liberal; one son, Harrel, Satanta; two brothers, Lyle of Derby and Ray, Wichita; three sisters, Mrs. Grace Burchard, San Jose, Calif., Mrs. Winnie Hartley, Santa Clara, Calif., and Mrs. Mona Foster, Satanta; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Satanta Methodist Church with the Rev. R. R. Jeffries officiating. Burial will be in the Satanta Cemetery.
