Funeral Services were held Saturday at adams Lutheran Church for Zena Ahrens, 70 who died Tuesday Night at the Home of her Daughter Mrs Oscar Weber, at Huntersville.
Death was attributed to a Heart Attack.
Born in Ripley county, South of Batesville Jan 3, 1886 She was the daughter of Henry and Catherine Ahrens. She was Baptized and Confirmed at Adams Lutheran Church, Living in that community untill she later moved to Batesville,
She was a member of the Adams Church.
Survivors are one Daughter,Mrs, Oscar, (Lillian) WEber, and a sister Mrs Anna Michel, R R 1 Batesville, Two Brothers Edward Ahrens "R R 1 Batesville, and Chris Ahrems of Sheffield Iowa.
Rev Ernest Strohlein officiated at the last rites with interment in the Adams Cemetery. Under the direction of WAlter B Meyers and Son.
