Brenda Carol Johnson
Brenda Carol Johnson of Mebane passed away on Sunday October 12, 2008 at Alamance Regional Medical Center.
She was born a daughter of the late William Price Brown and Carola Marie Watson Brown House.
Brenda was a homemaker and a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. She loved being with her family and enjoyed going to yard sales.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by; her husband, Jimmy Ray Johnson; and her step-father, William Roy House.
She is survived by; her three children, Traci Penland and husband Tony of Mebane, Joni Russell and companion, Joe Clouser of Elk Park and William Justin Johnson and wife Carolann of Newland; her sisters, Lu Ann Fonville of Marion, Jane Mulchi of Chapel Hill and Terri Johnson of Durham. Nine grandchildren also survive.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday October 15th from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home of Newland. Funeral Services for Mrs. Johnson will be held on Thursday October 16th at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Rev. David Burnop and Rev. Robert Milsaps will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Cranberry Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Caner Society at 4-A Oak Branch Dr. Greensboro, NC 27407 with reference to Brenda Johnson.
