Ebenezer was a cabinet maker by trade, and evidently a very good one. He passed his skill on to his son John and possibly others of his children. He m. Sarah Whittemore of Spencer, MA in 1797 and they had seven children: Jeremiah, John, Mary Carter, Amos, Samuel, Edward, and Sarah. He died from a fall from a wagon and is buried in Washington, Berkshire, MA. His tombstone inscription reads: " Sacred to the Memory of Ebenezer Kingsbury who died Sept. 23, 1826 in the 56th year of his age." This record is found in the Knurow Collection at the Berkshire Anthenaeum, Pittsfield, MA. [vol. 6, p. 219] I have not seen his g.s. and do not have a photo of it.
NOTE: A Findagrave volunteer attempted to find his headstone and was unsuccessful. So, it is evidently either gone or illegible now.
One of his other children on find a grave is Samuel Kingsbury buried in Waco Texas. #6950559 on this site.
