Wayne Bickley officiating. Logan was born Oct. 2, 2008, and died Oct. 13, 2008, in Texas Children's Hospital, Houston. In addition to his parents, survivors include a brother, Zachary Riley; grandparents, Shannon Hendricks of Muenster, Joan Allen of Longmeadow, Mass., and Garold and Patricia Cole of Dudley, Mass.; step-grandmother, Pam Hendricks of Muenster; great-grandparents, O.L. and Bonnie Hendricks of Huxley, Ronnie Bush of Porter and Bradford Cole of Delmar, N.Y.; and great-great-grandmother, Betty DuBose of Cleveland.
