LAMPASAS Graveside services for Mary Loucille Wheeler, 91, of Lampasas will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hines Chapel Cemetery with Jack Shelton officiating.
Mrs. Wheeler died Saturday, Nov. 8, in a Lampasas nursing home.
She was born Aug. 6, 1917, to William Adolphus Shaw and Isabelle Worthington Shaw in Coryell County. She married Lee Wheeler on Aug. 6, 1942, in Lampasas County. She was a homemaker and a member of 2nd Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2000; and by a grandson.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Wheeler and Doyce Wheeler, both of Lampasas; two daughters, Lanell Owens and Doris Wakeman, both of Lampasas; a sister, Olvie McKinley of Lampasas; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas.
