Funeral Saturday for Resident of This City

Mrs. Alice H. (Milner) Roman, 87, resident of Oregon City for many years, died Wednesday evening at her home on Holmes Lane. She was the widow of the late Joseph A. Roman.
Mrs. Roman was born in Pennsylvania February 24, 1832. She leaves one son, six daughters, 21 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
The son, William, and a daughter, Mrs. William Boone, reside in Weaubleau, Missouri, and the other daughters are; Mrs. G. L. Snidow and Mrs. D. F. Adcock, Willamette; Mrs. John Gerber, Portland; Mrs. F. Guenther and Miss Harriet Roman, Oregon City.
Funeral services are to be held Saturday afternoon, 2 o'clock at the Holmans & Pace chapel with Rev. M. M. Stocker of Oregon City, and Rev. H. G. Edgar of Portland, officiating. Mrs. Roman's last request was that flowers be omitted from the funeral.
