Bonnie J. Shepherd, age 65, a 45 year resident of Lambertville, Michigan, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2003, surrounded by her loving family.
Bonnie was born on March 4, 1937, in Toledo, Ohio, to Carl and Jessie Oberle. A 1955 graduate of Whitmer High School, she married her sweetheart the following year and they celebrated 46 years together.
Bonnie was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who devoted her life to her family. She enjoyed camping, family vacations, and spending time with her eight grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Paul; sons, Wes (Laury) and Scott (Michaele), both of Lambertville; daughter, Terri (George) Ward, Sylvania; grandchildren, Jillian and Michael Ward, Zachary, Jonathon, Derek, Lindsey, Thomas, and Joseph Shepherd, and brothers, Darrel and Carl Oberle.
