Graveside service for Pearl Daniels, 85, Lawton, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Sunset Memorial Gardens with David King, pastor, Calvary Baptist Church, officiating.

Mrs. Daniels died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008, in a local hospital.

Arrangements are under direction of Becker Funeral Home.

She was born June 11, 1923, in Ada, to Tom and Grace Richardson Cantwell. She married retired Sgt. 1st Class Joseph A. Daniels, in Stonewall, on March 30, 1941. He died June 19, 1982. She worked for G.F. Wackers for more than 20 years and also worked in the kitchens for Lawton Public Schools. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church since 1955.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Carol and Robert Bridwell, Mustang; and Betty L. and Billy Q. Caldwell, Lawton; four grandchildren: Clayton William Strickland, Lawton; Teri Lynn Boron and her husband, David, Monroe, Mich.; Billy Jeffrey Caldwell, Oklahoma City; and Becky Jo Caldwell, Fletcher; two great-grandchildren: Julian and Damien Boron; a brother and sister-in-law, Pete and Loretta Cantwell, Oklahoma City; a sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Joe Stoy, Valparaiso, Fla.; and many other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; three brothers; two sisters; and a special friend, Bill Sare.
