Mrs. Anna Agnes Kertai, 93, of 1244 N. Eclipse, died at 8:48 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph's Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born on July 26, 1886, in Raba Patona, Gyor-Megye, Hungary, and had lived in South Bend since 1908, having come from Hungary. On December 11, 1908, as Anna Agnes Racz, she married Emery A. Kertai, who died on May 1, 1953. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Velma Conjalka of Pompano Beach, Fla., and Mrs. Anna Zsedely, Mrs. Irma Baichley and Mrs. Mary Tajar (Pajor), all of South Bend, three sons, Ernest, Rudolph, and Emery H., all of South Bend; 18 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Agnes Varga of Hungary, and two brothers, Erno Racz and Laci Racz, both of Hungary.
