T.B. Morris is not actually interred in Baxter Memorial Gardens. Here there is but a placque next to the marker for his parents. According to U.S. Rosters of World War II Dead, 1939-1945 at Ancestry.com, he is buried in grave H 13 2 at Margraten (Permanent Cemetery), Margraten, Holland. According to World War II and Korean Conflict Veterans Interred Overseas, he died in the Netherlands while serving with the 109th Infantry 28th Division. The date of death suggests he may have died in the Battle of the Scheldt.
