COBB - Mrs. Florence A. Fritsch, 71, Cobb, died early Friday morning in a Dodgeville hospital after a long illness.
The former Florence Fingerson was born in Iowa County. She was married to Henry Fritsch in 1914. They farmed in the Cobb area until 1952.
Madison survivors include a brother, Bernard, 1348 E. Wilson St.
Other survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Vernon Gehrke and Mrs. Gerald Munns, both of Fennimore; and Mrs. Darold Thomas, Montfort; five sons, Kenneth, Boscobel; Lyle, Stitzer; Gerald and Duane, both of Dodgeville; and Merlyn, Cobb; two sisters, Mrs. Harold Hanson, Mt. Horeb; and Mrs. Della Anderson, Cobb; a brother, Andrew, Dodgeville; 26 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Peace Lutheran Church, Cobb. Friends may call at the Lulloff Funeral Home, Dodgeville, after 2 p.m. Sunday and at the church at noon, Monday.
