Heather Dawn Hogan was driving a 1984 Buick Century that was westbound on Dover Road about 7 p.m. when it came to a coasting stop and then tried to make a left turn in front of a dump truck that was eastbound on Highway 312. Her passenger was Katie Michael Moran. Both were from Billings. According to the Deputy, Heather failed to yield to the dump truck, driven by Tim Donahue, 51. The dump truck hit the left front of the Buick. The force of the truck pushed the Buick sideways and under the right front of the truck. Both victims died on the scene.
