Loucille, of Beaumont, was born in Peachtree, Texas to William Abner Stott and Daisy Collier Stott. She enrolled in Jasper Public Schools, and graduated from there in 1937.
She leaves behind her husband of thirty-nine years, John Scott, Sr.; son, Dr. John Scott, Jr.; daughters, Patti Wolff and her husband James and Barbara Lee Graham; grandson, Dr. James "Jimmy" Wolff and his wife Jennifer; and great grandson, Zachary Wolff. Also left to treasure her memory is Theresa Zavodny; a host of nieces and nephews; and a multitude of lifelong friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Jason Wolff; brothers, Arthur and Herbert Stott; four sisters, Lelia Engelbrecht, Beulah Oborski, Ruby Anderson and Helen Adams.
