Burial was iin the Drumright North Cemetery with Osterhout Funeral home directing arrangements.
Mr Gober died Friday, January 24, in the Drumright hospital following an illness of several years. He was the last member of his parents' family. A brother, M. F. Gober, preceded him in death about a year ago.
He was born Sepember 29, 1882, in Atlanta, Ga. and moved to Drumright in 1923 from Sallisaw. He operated a grocery store, where C & H Grocery now is locacated, from 1932 to 1946. Mr Gober was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors are is wife, Bessie, of the home; four daughters and 10 grandchildren. Daughters are Mrs J.N. Lewis of Healdton, Mrs George Jones of Tulsa, Mrs Jack Clark of Noble, ILL. and Mrs Jimmy Young of Midwest City.
